研究领域|集成电路用电子化学品吸附纯化

面向国家重大战略需求,提出了“热力学界面强化”与“动力学传质强化”实现痕量金属离子深度吸附脱除的创新策略,创制了系列吸附新材料,实现了其规模制备及其吸附脱除技术研发,在华为、浙江联盛化学、金为环保(常州)等企业应用,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益,为实现我国集成电路制造关键材料国产化做出贡献。

作为在化工分离过程及集成电路用材料纯化领域活跃的青年学者之一,主持了国家自然科学基金面上、青年项目、重点研发计划子课题及企业课题等项目十余项。以第一/通讯作者身份在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.AIChE J.等高水平期刊发表论文58篇(SCI论文54篇,EI论文2篇,核心期刊论文2篇;包括Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.AIChE J.Chem. Eng. Sci.等顶级期刊论文7篇,Chem. Eng. J.Sep. Purif. Technol.Green Chem.J. Mater. Chem.
